GENEVA, Switzerland, January 6, 2017 (ENS) – The 2017 global land and ocean temperature will likely be among the three hottest years on record, and is expected to be the warmest year without an El Niño weather pattern in the tropical Pacific Ocean, according to the World Meteorological Organization.
