Paris Climate Agreement Will Take Effect This Year

NEW YORK, New York, September 21, 2016 (ENS) – The Paris Agreement on Climate Change is set to become law this year after a ceremony at the United Nations in New York today saw 60 countries worth 47.5 percent of global emissions complete their accession to it and 14 others commit to doing so before year’s end.
