UN: Global Emissions Gap Widens Despite Climate Efforts

NAIROBI, Kenya, November 27, 2018 (ENS) – Global carbon dioxide emissions rose again in 2017 after a three year pause, pinpointing the urgent need for countries to deliver on the Paris Agreement to keep global warming to 2°C above pre-industrial levels, finds a new report released today by the United Nations Environment Programme.
