EPA Extends Enforcement Discretion for Electricity Generation in Puerto Rico

WASHINGTON – The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) today announced that it will extend enforcement discretion for Puerto Rico Electric and Power Authority (PREPA) facilities that have been impacted or damaged by Hurricane Maria through January 31, 2018.
